Safety Policy
Mesa Machine believes a zero-injury work environment is achievable. Through a combination of competent and well-trained people, safe work practices, and fit-for-purpose equipment, our goal is that no one is injured while working at Mesa Machine.

To reinforce this commitment, Mesa Machine actively partners with ISNetworld, Veriforce, and OSHCON to ensure our safety systems, training, and practices meet and exceed industry expectations. Thread Measurement & Inspection
At Mesa Machine, every critical thread is measured—every time. We do not rely on sampling or assumptions when it comes to thread quality. Each threaded connection is inspected to ensure it meets the specified thread design and tolerance before it leaves our shop.
Our employees are trained on the Gagemaker JSS gauging system, ensuring consistent, repeatable measurement of critical thread parameters. To support this process, Mesa Machine maintains in-house Gagemaker Mictrac and Comparometer systems, allowing us to verify thread form, lead, taper, and functional fit with a high degree of accuracy.
By combining trained personnel, proven gauging systems, and disciplined inspection practices, we ensure all threads are cut correctly and perform as intended in the field. This commitment to measurement and verification is a key part of how we deliver reliable, high-quality products to our customers.
