Through a partnership with a professional employee base, Mesa Machine provides the oil and gas industry with quality machined products and exceptional customer service. It is the Company's responsibility to its employees to maintain a Company structure that allows each employee to maximize their potential, work in a safe environment, for a financially stable Company and to create a strong culture that reflects our Company values.
Message From the President
Why does a company exist and what is the one underlying objective of the business? The traditional reason taught and ingrained into our business culture is to maximize shareholder value, value equating to income to the owner and investor. I ask myself, who are the shareholders and what is value? Shareholders are stockholders, but there are many more shareholders in and around the business. Every employee, owning stock or not, is a shareholder in the company because their security and equity is dependent on the success of the company. Vendors and the community all share in the success or failure of the business. Value is a successful company that makes money for its owners and returns money to the investors, but if it is at the expense of the employee base, vendors, the community or the environment, what kind of world are we creating for the next generation?
