Cladding & Hardbanding
Mesa Machine provides cladding and hardbanding services designed to extend tool life, improve wear resistance, and protect critical components operating in demanding oil and gas environments. Our processes are selected and controlled to deliver consistent results while maintaining the integrity of the base material.
We offer Plasma Transferred Arc (PTA) cladding for downhole tools and critical components requiring high-performance wear surfaces. PTA cladding allows for precise control of dilution, bead profile, and metallurgy, resulting in superior bond strength and repeatable, high-quality overlays. This process is ideal for applications where performance, longevity, and dimensional control are critical.
For tubular products and surface-exposed components, Mesa Machine provides GMAW hardbanding and welding services.
